By using Waloo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use Waloo

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if the law in your country requires it).
Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Waloo is for communities, families and friends. You must not send, post or share:

Nudity, sexual content, or anything sexual involving minors (we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities).
Threats, violence, terrorism or content that encourages self-harm.
Hate speech, bullying or harassment, including against ethnic groups, religions or genders.
Scams, spam, fake accounts, or impersonating other people.
Illegal goods or services, or anything that breaks the law.
Other people's private information or photos without their permission.
Viruses or attempts to break, overload or hack the service.

You own what you post. You allow us to store and show it to the people you choose, only to run Waloo.
You are responsible for what you send and post.
We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Report anything that breaks these rules with "Report" in the app.
Posts reported by several people may be hidden automatically until we review them.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break the rules. Suspended users see the reason in the app. You can ask us to review a decision at support@gabacloud.com.

Waloo is free and shows ads.
We work hard to keep it running, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.
We may change or stop features. Important changes will be announced in the app.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using the app or by other users' content.

You can stop using Waloo and delete your account at any time.
